Found Myself

"The drawing shows some of the finer points of quarantine, as well as a few of the less exciting ones. While I had some trouble with being in close quarters with my family, I really appreciated the opportunity to learn new hobbies. I learned to spend less time worrying, and more time praying. I was able to read lots of books, and I gained a stronger interest in helping others by making masks and baked goods for them.
The audio file shows a brief story, from my perspective, of how Covid impacted me, and how I turned around and helped my community.
The poem is my way of showing how people can focus on the positive things in their life."
